Create with MakeMyClip
Create cover art that looks ready for release
Give an eligible MakeMyClip song a visual identity without leaving the music workflow. Describe the artwork, preview the generated cover beside the current image, and apply it only when it feels right.
Create a song and its coverWhy this workflow
Move from idea to usable output
- Create the artwork around a real MakeMyClip song so the visual direction can follow the track you chose.
- Write a compact art brief covering subject, mood, palette, composition, texture, and typography direction.
- Review the new cover before it changes anything, then keep the current artwork, generate again, or approve the result.
How it works
Three steps inside MakeMyClip
- 01
Open an eligible song
Create or choose a completed production song you own in MakeMyClip, then open its Cover Art action. The current credit requirement is shown before generation.
- 02
Describe the visual identity
Write the subject, atmosphere, color palette, framing, texture, and any space the composition should leave for type. Do not request protected logos or copied artist artwork.
- 03
Preview and approve
Generate the cover and compare it with the current artwork. Nothing is replaced until you explicitly choose to use the new cover.
Creator notes
Make the first result stronger
- Connect the visual brief to the song's emotional center rather than listing unrelated visual trends.
- Ask for a clear focal point and readable silhouette so the artwork still works as a small library thumbnail.
- Leave intentional negative space when you plan to add the artist name, title, or release information elsewhere.
Questions
Common questions
Can I generate album cover art before I create a song?
The current Cover Art workflow starts from an eligible completed MakeMyClip song. Create or select the track first, then open its Cover Art action.
Does a generated cover replace my current artwork immediately?
No. MakeMyClip shows a preview beside the current cover. The artwork changes only after you explicitly approve the generated result.
Can I generate another cover if the first direction is not right?
Yes. You can keep the current artwork or change the prompt and generate another cover before approving one.
