1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Front Row AI, Inc. (“Front Row AI”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the MakeMyClip website and services (the “Service”). Front Row AI is responsible for your personal information as the data controller.

2. Information we collect

MakeMyClip collects information that you provide directly, information generated while you use the service, and limited technical information needed to operate the product.

  • Account information such as email address, display name, authentication identifiers, subscription status, and support messages.
  • User content such as uploaded media, prompts, selected templates, generated music videos, thumbnails, and generation history.
  • Audio you upload, songs you import through links, and voice recordings and voice profiles you create with voice features.
  • Purchase and entitlement information such as plan, credit balance, product identifiers, transaction state, and payment-provider receipts. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Device, browser, log, analytics, and diagnostic data such as IP-derived region, page events, app state, error events, and local storage identifiers.
  • Advertising and attribution data, such as ad click identifiers, campaign tags, and advertising cookie identifiers, collected when you arrive from an ad or make a purchase.

3. How we use information

  • To authenticate your account, provide profile history, and keep your credits and subscription state in sync.
  • To process your uploaded media, prompts, and selected templates into the AI music videos you request.
  • To process purchases, apply credits, handle refunds for failed generations when applicable, and manage subscription access.
  • To provide support, send account or service notices, prevent abuse, enforce usage rules, and improve performance and product quality.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including telling advertising partners when a visit or purchase came from their ads.
  • To send customers marketing emails about MakeMyClip. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of our users and others.

4. AI processing, voices, and share links

When you start a generation, your uploaded media, prompt, selected template, and related metadata may be sent to AI processing, storage, and infrastructure providers so they can create the requested music video. Do not upload media or other content unless you have the right and consent to use it.

We do not use your uploads or results to train AI models, and we share them with AI providers only so they can create the results you request.

We do not create facial recognition templates or other biometric identifiers from your photos. If you create a voice profile, we use your recordings, with your consent, only to generate singing in your voice for you. We keep voice profiles until you delete them or your account is deleted.

Songs you create can have a share link that is not listed in search results. Anyone who has the link can open the song. You can turn sharing off at any time.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with the following categories of service providers, which process it for us to run the Service:

  • Cloud hosting, storage, and authentication providers.
  • AI model providers that create videos, music, voices, and images from your inputs.
  • Payment, subscription, and fraud-prevention providers.
  • Analytics, error-monitoring, email, and customer-support tools.
  • Advertising partners that measure the performance of our ads, as described in Section 6.
  • If you ask Apple for a refund of an in-app purchase, we may share information about your use of that purchase with Apple, such as whether its credits were used, so Apple can decide on your request.
  • We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, security needs, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of MakeMyClip, our users, or others.
  • We may transfer information as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how the Service is used, find and fix errors, and measure our advertising.

  • Analytics: we use product analytics and error monitoring to improve the Service. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we turn off product analytics and stop linking error reports to you.
  • Advertising: the Meta Pixel and the Reddit Pixel tell Meta and Reddit when you visit our website or make a purchase after seeing an ad, and may help them show you MakeMyClip ads elsewhere. Their use of this data is governed by their own privacy policies.
  • Attribution: when you arrive from an ad, we keep campaign and click identifiers for up to 90 days to connect your purchase to that ad.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work without them. To opt out of advertising tracking linked to your account, email support@makemyclip.ai.

7. How long we keep information

  • Account information: while your account is open, and afterward only as long as needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
  • Uploaded photos, audio, and other source media: until your account is deleted.
  • Generated videos, songs, and other results: while your account is open, so you can view and download them. They are deleted when your account is deleted.
  • Voice profiles: until you delete them or your account is deleted.
  • Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
  • Backups: copies in backups are removed within 30 days after the data is deleted from our active systems.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained where required for account security, transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

To delete your account, email support@makemyclip.ai from the email address on your account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

We respond to privacy requests within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.

9. Regional privacy rights

  • European Economic Area and United Kingdom: we process personal information to perform our contract with you, based on our legitimate interests in securing, improving, and promoting the Service and preventing fraud, with your consent for voice profiles, and to comply with legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
  • United States: depending on your state, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to access, correct, and delete it; and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. Our use of advertising pixels may count as “sharing” under some state laws. To opt out, email support@makemyclip.ai. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
  • Türkiye: under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it and the parties it is transferred to, ask for correction or deletion, object to results produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
  • Brazil: under the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, and information about sharing, and you may withdraw your consent.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, or Brazil, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No internet transmission, AI processing pipeline, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Children

MakeMyClip is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. YouTube API Services

Connecting YouTube uses youtube.readonly to read your channel title, subscriber, view and public-video counts, plus titles, dates and view, like and comment counts for up to 20 latest uploads.

This channel report displays YouTube-reported facts. It does not download YouTube video or audio files, generate media from YouTube data, train models, or predict channel scores or virality.

Your Google token stays in page memory and is never sent to MakeMyClip or AI providers. Leaving, reloading or successfully revoking access clears the local report. MakeMyClip does not save a YouTube connection profile.

YouTube requests go directly from your browser to Google. Only if you separately opt in to AI highlights, numeric facts pass through MakeMyClip to OpenAI; titles, channel and video IDs and Google tokens are excluded. MakeMyClip does not persist or sell these facts. OpenAI may keep them for a limited time under its own API data policies, for example to monitor abuse, even though we ask it not to store them.

Selecting Disconnect asks Google to revoke the current access token and, if successful, clears the page state. You can also review or revoke MakeMyClip's access at any time from your Google Account security settings. Google's handling of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Because this flow does not persist YouTube metadata, there is no saved YouTube connection profile to delete from MakeMyClip when you disconnect or leave the page. Contact support@makemyclip.ai if you have questions or want to exercise access or deletion rights regarding other personal information associated with your MakeMyClip account.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as MakeMyClip changes or as legal requirements evolve. Updates take effect when we post them on this page. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
