1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Front Row AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Front Row AI”, “we”, “us”), which operates MakeMyClip. They govern your use of the MakeMyClip website, your account, and the AI music video, music, credit, and subscription features we offer (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Section 17 contains an arbitration agreement and a class action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved. Please read it carefully.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use MakeMyClip.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate account and payment information and keep it up to date.
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, or create additional accounts to get around limits, suspensions, or offers that are available once per customer.

3. The Service and AI results

MakeMyClip uses artificial intelligence models, some of which are provided by third parties, to create music videos, songs, and related media from your inputs and selected templates. AI results can be inaccurate or unexpected, may be similar to results created for other users, and may not be unique or protected by copyright.

We may add, change, or remove features, templates, models, providers, credit costs, and availability at any time. Generation times and output quality can vary with demand, input quality, and the behavior of the underlying models.

4. Your content

You keep the rights you have in the photos, audio, lyrics, prompts, and other content you upload or link (“Your Content”). You give Front Row AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transform, display, and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service, including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers to create the results you request.

We do not use Your Content or your results to train AI models, and we do not use them in our marketing without your express permission.

You confirm that you own or have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed for Your Content, including any music, lyrics, recordings, and images it contains, and that our use of it under these Terms will not violate anyone's rights or any law.

When you import a song through a link, such as a YouTube or Suno link, you are responsible for having the right to use that song in this way.

5. Your results

As between you and Front Row AI, and to the extent the law allows, you own the music videos, songs, and other results you create with the Service (“Results”). We keep a license to host, store, process, and display your Results to provide the Service to you and to show them through share links you create.

If you have an active paid plan when you create a Result, you may use it for commercial purposes. Results created without a paid plan are for personal, non-commercial use and may include a MakeMyClip watermark.

You are responsible for reviewing Results before you publish or use them, for making sure your use does not violate anyone's rights or any law, and for labeling Results as AI-generated where the law or the platform you publish on requires it.

Songs you create can have a share link that is not listed in search results. Anyone who has the link can open the song. You can turn sharing off at any time, but media links that others already opened may keep working until they expire.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use MakeMyClip for illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, non-consensual, or misleading content.
  • Do not impersonate artists, celebrities, or other real people, or create deceptive deepfakes that could mislead others about what a real person said or did.
  • Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, and content that exploits or endangers children are strictly prohibited. We close the accounts involved immediately and report this content to the appropriate authorities.
  • Do not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights, including music or lyrics you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not remove, hide, or alter watermarks or other markings that show content was created with MakeMyClip or AI.
  • Do not attempt to bypass credit, payment, security, rate-limit, content-safety, or access controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or misuse MakeMyClip or its underlying systems.
  • Do not use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the Service or create content.
  • We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that we believe violate these rules.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on MakeMyClip infringes your copyright or other rights, email support@makemyclip.ai with the details below. We review each notice, may remove or disable the content, and may close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

  • Your name and contact details.
  • A description of the work you believe was infringed.
  • The link to or location of the content.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights owner or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act for them.

8. Credits

  • Generations use credits. The credit cost depends on the feature, template, model, quality, and length, and is shown before you start when available.
  • Credits included with a subscription refresh at the start of each billing period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.
  • Credits from credit packs do not expire while your account is open. You can use credits only while you have an active subscription.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money, except where the law requires otherwise. Credits end when your account is deleted or closed for a violation of these Terms, and credits from a refunded purchase are removed.
  • If a generation fails because of a technical problem after it starts, its credits are returned automatically. Credits for steps that were already completed, such as a finished voice conversion, are not returned. If a technical problem keeps you from using the Service, contact us and we may offer a refund at our discretion.
  • Plans described as unlimited are subject to fair use. To keep the Service available to everyone, we may queue, slow, or limit unlimited generations, require credits for premium models, and pause unlimited access while we review signs of automated or abusive use.

9. Subscriptions and payments

  • Purchases on the MakeMyClip website are processed by our payment providers, including Stripe and RevenueCat. The final price, including any taxes, is shown in the payment form before you pay.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method for each renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time from Profile > Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then.
  • If we raise the price of your subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your first renewal after the notice period, and you can cancel before then.
  • When you upgrade, the new plan starts immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • If a payment fails, we may give you a short grace period to update your payment method. Subscription credits do not refresh during this period, and paid access ends if the payment is not completed.

10. Refunds

This section is our refund policy for purchases made on the MakeMyClip website. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are covered in Section 11. Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights that you have under mandatory law.

  • Only the first payment of your first subscription is eligible for a refund.
  • You can request this refund within 14 days of purchase if you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Türkiye, and within 3 days of purchase if you live in the United States. Purchases from other countries are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
  • You must have used no more than 50% of the credits included in that billing period.
  • If you meet these conditions, we refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.
  • When we issue a refund, your subscription ends immediately and the remaining credits are removed from your account.
  • Renewal payments are not refundable, including for billing periods that you used partially or did not use.
  • Credit packs are not refundable.
  • To request a refund, email support@makemyclip.ai from the email address you used for the purchase, or include that address in your message. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and your bank may take additional time to show them.
  • If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Türkiye, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because credits and generations are digital content, you ask us to start providing them as soon as your purchase is complete, and you lose that right once you use credits from the purchase, to the extent the law allows. This does not affect the refund described above.
  • If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is open, and we will contest it with records of your purchase and use.

11. App Store and Google Play purchases

  • These Terms cover the MakeMyClip website. If you use a MakeMyClip app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, purchases there are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms.
  • We cannot issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases. Request a refund from Apple or Google directly.
  • If you downloaded a MakeMyClip app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of that app.
  • Purchases, subscriptions, and credits are separate on each platform and do not transfer between the website and the apps.

12. Ending your account

You can stop using MakeMyClip at any time. To delete your account, email support@makemyclip.ai from the email address on your account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Cancel any active subscription before you request deletion; remaining credits are removed when your account is deleted.

We may suspend or close your account if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or did not pay amounts you owe. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and disputes, survive after your account ends.

13. YouTube API Services

When you connect a YouTube account or use YouTube data through MakeMyClip, your use of YouTube API Services and that data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You may use the connection only in ways permitted by those terms, these Terms, and applicable law.

You authorize read-only access for the channel report described in our Privacy Policy. AI highlights are optional and require separate consent. You can disconnect or revoke access at any time.

AI highlights select existing report facts, not new metrics. They are a MakeMyClip feature, not advice, predictions or endorsements from YouTube.

14. Disclaimers

MakeMyClip is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific generation quality, error-free outputs, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Front Row AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Front Row AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business arising from your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Front Row AI against claims, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from Your Content, your use of Results, or your violation of these Terms or anyone's rights.

17. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Please contact support@makemyclip.ai first; most concerns can be resolved quickly this way. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days after you or we send written notice, either party may start arbitration.

  • You and Front Row AI agree to resolve disputes relating to the Service through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court.
  • You and Front Row AI each waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
  • Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may ask a court for urgent relief to protect intellectual property or the security of the Service.
  • You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@makemyclip.ai within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, with your name, account email, and a clear statement that you opt out.
  • This section does not apply if you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom. You may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, including the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Claims that are not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MakeMyClip after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

Updates take effect when we post them on this page. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

20. General terms

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Front Row AI about the Service. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, we have not waived it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
