FAQ
Quick answers for creating, viewing results, credits, subscriptions, and video generation.
Credits are used to create AI music videos. Each generation uses a certain number of credits depending on the template, quality, and complexity. You can see the credit cost before starting a generation.
Subscription credits refresh at the start of each billing period, and unused subscription credits do not roll over. Credits from credit packs do not expire. You can use credits while you have an active subscription.
In most cases, credits are only charged when a generation successfully starts processing. If a generation fails due to a system issue, credits are automatically refunded. If you believe credits were incorrectly used, contact support with your generation details.
Processing time can vary depending on server demand, selected quality, video length, model type, and whether you are using standard or priority generation.
If you have an active paid plan when you create a music video, you may use it commercially, subject to the Terms of Use and applicable law. Videos created without a paid plan are for personal use. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to all uploaded media and audio.

Your uploads and generated music videos are kept in your account while it is open and deleted when your account is deleted. Songs can have a share link that only people with the link can open. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You need to wait until your credits refresh, or purchase additional credits.
Yes. You can create a new generation using the same source media, prompt, or template. By the nature of AI, each generation may produce a different result.
Credit costs can vary because video length, quality, motion, model, and processing complexity require different amounts of computing power.
